Research On The Development Strategy Of New Energy Industry In Qaidam Based On Policy Tools

Under the background of advocating the concept of low-carbon environmental protection in the world and vigorously developing new energy and renewable energy industries,the Qaidam region has made great efforts to develop new energy industries and achieved remarkable achievements with its geographical advantages and natural resources advantages.Local new energy policies are constantly developing,modifying and improving,and the implementation of new energy policies to ensure the development of new energy industries.This paper systematically reviews the main research contents and directions of new energy industry policies at home and abroad,and collates the new energy industry policies in China,analyzes the evolution process of local new energy policies in Qaidam district.It uses policy tools and industry chain theory to statistically and quantitatively analyzes the selected policy texts,and draws conclusions from the conclusions that local new energy policies in the Qaidam region may promotes and influences the development of new energy industries.The study believes that in the development of the new energy industry in the Qaidam region,due to the lack of relevant local new energy policies or inadequate policy implementation,it will have a negative impact on the development of the local new energy industry.Its manifestation is the lagging of power plant construction,the slow integration of distributed generation and new energy industries.Then,according to the analysis conclusions,we put forward improvement strategies in the aspects of the rationality of policy instruments,the matching of policy tools,and the content supplement of policy tools,etc.This will provide reference for the supplementation and improvement of local new energy policies in the Qaidam region.
