Full face rock tunnel boring machine is the main mechanical equipment for tunnel construction,as the core part of it,the working condition of the cutter-head will affect the efficiency and safety of the whole machine.In the course of tunneling,the cutter-head is at the forefront of contact with the rock,its working environment is abominable and its force situation is complex.Hence the cutter-head failure is usually occurred due to deformation and cracking in the tunneling process,This will not only harm the safety of the builders,but also delay the construction period and increase the cost of construction.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the characteristics and laws of vibration deformation for cutter-head under the impact load.The structure of the cutter-head is made up of two front and back panels,followed by large bearings that support its work.In order to study the effect of the structure of the cutter disk on the vibration of the cutter disc,the rock breaking simulation experiment of the disc hob was carried out to obtain the rock breaking load of the hob.Through the dynamic analysis of the cutter disc,the characteristics and laws of its vibration and deformation were summed up,which provided a theoretical basis for the design of the structure of the cutter disc.The main work of this paper is summarized as follows:(1)This paper summarized the development trend of rock breaking mechanics and cutter-head vibration research of full face rock tunnel boring machine at home and abroad,and introduced the structure and working principle of it;In addition,this paper also summarized the conclusion of the rock breaking mechanics of the hob,carried out the force analysis of the cutter-head and deduced the theoretical formula of the force of the cutter-head.(2)The rock breaking model of the disc hob is established and the simulation experiment is carried out.Then we obtained the three direction load of the positive wedge shaped disc hob,and analyzed the load of the hob and the load of the cutter disc.In addition,we set up the theoretical model of the stiffness of the cutter disc support and obtained the range of the best supporting radius of the cutter disc.Finally,we determined the related parameters and established the 3D model of the cutter disc.(3)ABAQUS finite element analysis software was used to carry out dynamic analysis of the cutter-head model,we obtained the relationship between the front and rear panel of the cutter-head and the relationship between the supporting radius and the vibration of the cutter-head.Finally,we carried out optimization design for the cutter disk structure.
