Progress management is an important step in the construction process.With the project's structure,as well as the increasingly complex design and construction process,the project investment has also continued to increase.One of the causes of great waste in national economy and social investment is that the efficiency of schedule management is relatively low,and the progress of the project cannot be well controlled.Therefore,more advanced technologies are needed to improve the efficiency of schedule management.At present,BIM technology provides an efficient way for engineering project management,and it is applied to all stages and links of project management.However,BIM technology is still less used in the progress of engineering construction projects,and focuses on theoretical research and practical cases.less.Therefore,in order to implement the practical application of BIM technology in the progress management,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research and analysis on the progress management based on the BIM technology.Based on the analysis of the current research status at home and abroad,this article gives an in-depth understanding of BIM technology and progress management related theoretical BIM technologies and WBS.In the third chapter,the problems existing in the progress management of traditional engineering projects are analyzed in depth,the reasons are summarized,and the technical difficulties of the progress management system are explored.Then,a detailed analysis of the project progress management method based on BIM technology,and finally,we focused on the technical foundation of BIM technology in progress management.By combining Revit,Project,and Navisworks software,it is demonstrated that progress management can be well implemented in the BIM framework.In Chapter 5,through the actual case,the first is how to build a 3D and 4D model based on the background of the case.Then the collision check and schedule optimization are performed.How to improve on-site construction efficiency,reduce labor costs and time costs,shorten the construction period,and improve the efficiency of project managers.Finally,this article also lists the problems that arise when using BIM technology for progress management,and the solutions.This article demonstrates the advantages of BIM technology in construction project schedule management through practical cases,provides new ideas for the application of BIM in project project schedule management,and promotes the promotion of BIM in China and the improvement of engineering project progress management informatization.Certain theoretical reference value.It is hoped that this study will provide some help for the follow-up research and application of BIM technology.
