Liquefied natural gas(Liquefied Natural Gas,referred to as LNG)is a kind of mixed gas fossil fuel which is in the gaseous state at normal temperature and atmospheric pressure and becomes a liquid gas after high pressure and low temperature compression treatment.It releases less sulfide and hydride during the combustion process.A safe,environmentally friendly and economical clean energy is widely used in various countries and regions.At present,LNG is mainly transported through roads,pipelines and ships.The only relevant experiments and discussions have been made in the feasibility of railway transportation.Railway transportation plays a leading role in the allocation of resources in China.It actively promotes the transportation of LNG in railways,strengthens the management of transportation organizations,ensures the safety of transportation,and has practical significance for the promotion of LNG in railway transportation in the future.Therefore,this article analyzes the risk in the LNG rail tank transport process,selects the appropriate transportation path to ensure its safe transportation,and uses an example to verify.The content of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the dangers of LNG rail tank container transportation are identified from the point of view of dangerous sources,and the risk factors affecting its safe transportation are determined.The weights of various risk factors are calculated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method;Secondly,summarize mathematical modeling methods for gas leakage at home and abroad.According to the characteristics of leakage of LNG railway tanks,use Matlab software to simulate and determine the maximum diffusion distance of the downwind,establish a population risk model,and transport dangerous goods in accordance with the railway.The billing contents and methods will be used to analyze in detail the various costs incurred during the LNG rail transport and establish a transportation cost risk model;Thirdly,describe the problem of vehicle route selection,elaborate the main components and calculation methods of the railway transportation route selection problem,and establish a multi-objective path optimization of LNG rail tank container based on the consideration of transportation population risk and transportation cost risk.The model is solved using an improved genetic algorithm;Fourthly,examples are analyzed to verify the accuracy of the multi-objective path optimization model constructed in this paper through specific examples.A relatively optimal path can be selected in the railway transportation network to ensure the transport safety of the LNG railroad tank and reduce transportation costs;Finally,based on the research of this paper,the problems and limitations of the multi-objective path optimization model established in this paper are pointed out,and the direction for further research is proposed.The research shows that the multi-objective path optimization model established in this paper can solve the contradiction between LNG railway tanks’ population risk and cost risk in the process of railway transportation,and contribute to the formulation of LNG rail tank container safe transportation plan,which will be used for LNG railways in the future.The promotion of railway transportation and safe transportation provide the theoretical basis.
