| ABSTRACT:With the rapid development of Chinese economy, social production and people's lives more and more depend on petroleum products, gasoline and liquefied natural gas which have become a public necessity. To meet the domestic demand, companies that produce and manage dangerous chemicals need to import petrochemical raw materials urgently. These create good opportunities to the development of the tank containers transport of dangerous goods. Tank containers transport is a safe, economic and flexible transporting way. It takes advantage of railway transport, car transport and shipping. It also can guarantee the transportation safety of dangerous goods, improve the carrying ability and relieve the transporting pressure. Up to now, Railway Container Transport of dangerous goods tanks in China is still at the beginning. Facing such a new transportation mode, it is very urgent to decide how to study safety technical requirements for tank containers transport of dangerous goods deeply to ensure the safety of rail transport of dangerous goods.In this paper, based on the analysis of the domestic and international actuality of tank container transportation of dangerous goods and related transport of dangerous goods and the topic of safety technology conditions of railway tank containers transport of dangerous goods, our study is carried on as follows:Firstly, systematic analysis of tank containers transport model, rules and regulations, product name, box type, processing station (dedicated railway) distribution and its security conditions is carried out to determine the safety facts of tank containers technical conditions, providing theoretical basis for following study.Secondly, with the good understand of the container transport standard of dangerous goods, starting from the practical site of container railway transport, safety technology conditions of railway tank containers transport are studied, which includes the determination of which materials are suitable for the tank container rail transport, the requirements of tanks and its safety annex, the determination of tank container rail transport temperature and pressure conditions, calculating the filling volume of tank container and tank container loading and unloading requirements.Thirdly, the studies to ensure that the tank container framework strength satisfies with requirements of the railway transportation are carried out, according to the analysis of the loads that the tank container framework undertakes during the transportation of the dangerous goods. The safe strength requirements of the tank container framework are determined through the Tank Container Rail Impact Test.Finally, according to the Rail Container Transport of Dangerous Goods Tank Safety requirements, the safety assessment model and index system of the railway station of dangerous goods are established by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Security levels of the Tank Container handling dangerous goods railway station is determined by using the way of grey correlation degree. The model will be applied to the instance-Liquefied Petroleum Gas Co., Ltd. Xinjiang Alashankou special railway lines. |
