The Research Of Kaifeng City Planning And Construction History Since Modern Times (1949-2000)

Urban planning and construction are in a contradiction between time and space from beginning to end.The spatial structure of the old district of Kaifeng is formed under certain historical conditions.The existing architectural heritage is a testimony to present people with her broad and profound historical and cultural heritage.The process of forming this historical environment is often extremely lengthy.In spite of this,the historical and cultural context that has lasted for thousands of years is still clearly visible.With the advent of a new era,the major social contradictions in our country have transformed into the ever-growing needs of people for a better life.Urban planning and construction has shifted from the construction of physical space to the creation of a humanistic environment.Culture has become the competitiveness of future urban development.Chagu's use of Kam Jong present,especially in the new era,sums up the historical experience,which helps to transform and develop our concepts in urban planning and is conducive to the construction of characteristic cities in Kaifeng.Kaifeng is a national historical and cultural city with ancient capitals and strong cultural characteristics.As an important area of the central city of Zhengzhou that has just been approved,research on its modern urban planning and construction history has important reference significance for the future development of Kaifeng city.Through mining historical materials,this paper presents the development history of Kaifeng city planning and construction since the founding of the People's Republic of China in order to explore the driving forces of Kaifeng's urban spatial evolution and explore the value of Kaifeng's historical culture in the new era.The paper is generally divided into five chapters.In the first chapter,we first reviewed the changes in Kaifeng's city site during the major historical periods in history.Chapters 2 and 3 were divided into two stages,namely,the period before and after the founding of the People's Republic of China.The activities and background of the construction;Chapter IV,based on the discussion in the first three chapters,analyzes the dynamics of the evolution of Kaifeng's urban spatial form according to the two social patterns of agricultural society and industrial society,and further discusses the development of urban planning.The main relationship between the city and the city with the same category in the region as a horizontal comparison,and concluded that: The ultimate goal of urban planning and construction development is for the people of the city,Kaifeng's history and culture is sufficient to ensure a better tomorrow Kaifeng city.Chapter 5,Looking ahead to the information age,the new development situation requires new development concepts and methods,and proposes relevant countermeasures for Kaifeng's future urban planning and construction..
