The market of new energy vehicles especially the Blade Electric Vehicles(BEV)are growing at a rapid pace.To promote the development of the new energy automotive industry and respond to the growing energy and environmental issues,the relevant departments of the state has issued a number of policies to support the electric vehicles and construction of charging facilities.The policy support also greatly encourages the research and development of domestic electric vehicle technology,and the electric vehicle controller serves as the control center of the electric vehicle,its performance is related to the capability and quality of the vehicle's driving.The debugging of the produced controller is also a very crucial step.Because there are many test items,you need to get some data information,failure information when the controller is running,adjustment of some algorithm parameters in the underlying control model,and burning of the controller program are very frequent,so debugging is a time-consuming and labor-consuming process.Therefore,in order to facilitate debugging,simplify some steps,the uppercontroller system is designed.There are three main functions that the upper computer monitoring system realizes: analog vehicle instrument,parameter management of controller Matlab model,and BootLoader,it has solved some troubles in the process of controller debugging,and it's generally applicable to a variety of EV controller types produced in the laboratory currently.In addition to display the meter of car's on-board,the meter part displays other important information of controllers,motors,and vehicle status,the corresponding data can also be recorded and saved.In addition,a control button is added for aging test.The data collection is relatively complete and rich enough to meet the information needs of testers.Parameter management part is to separate the system parameters from the underlying control logic,so that it realizes the bulk editing,insteadof finding parameters one by one.While the controller type is selected,the parameters can be rewritten,saved,sent,or read back from the controller.The BootLoader module is mainly used to facilitate the software upgrade of the controller product in the later stage.As long as a software upgrade package is provided,the user can update and rewrite the program through the BootLoader of the host computer.The controller uses the CAN bus,and its communication with the PC adopts a CAN to Ethernet converter,which realizes the interconnection of CAN and Ehernet.The system is mainly used for the early commissioning of the controller development,it can monitor and control the controller conveniently,and the data is more intuitive and accurate,which greatly improves the debugging efficiency and helps develop the EV control system with better performance.
