Nowadays,our country's economy is developing rapidly,and maritime transport plays a very important role in economic development.In marine transportation,ship cranes are often used to load and unload cargo.The ship crane is a fixed crane with a deck,mainly used for cargo handling,working between large cargo ships,ports and ships.However,when a ship crane is operating at sea,it will be affected by the waves,thus increasing the difficulty of maneuvering the ship crane,thereby reducing the working speed of the crane and also having a significant impact on the safety of the operator.In this case,it is necessary to improve the operating skills of the operators.From the perspective of efficiency,economy,and safety,when training personnel,marine crane simulator training operators have very clear advantages compared with real machines.In the aspect of marine crane dynamics,the impact of ocean waves on the crane is inevitable due to the marine crane working in the ocean.Therefore,the influence of waves on the boom and hoisting system is analyzed in this paper.Modeling of ropes is a challenge in crane modeling.This article models crane ropes.This article uses a cantilever-type marine crane as a reference model to build a simulator.In the simulator construction process,the simulator hardware and vision are mainly constructed.The hardware platform of the marine crane includes a driver's seat,a steering mechanism and a driving window.The vision of a marine crane mainly describes the lifting process of a marine crane.In the process of virtual lifting of ship cranes,the main research is on lifting weights and ropes.When modeling the dynamics of a ship crane's hoisting system,due to the influence of wind and waves when the ship's crane is operating in the sea,the influence of wind waves is added to the modelling process of the hoisting.When studying the ropes in the virtual environment,it can directly and effectively simulate the state of rope movement with the weight,directly determines the fidelity of the visual effects,and the application of quality spring system can simulate the rope image,so this article uses the quality of the spring System for rope modeling.Through the construction of the vision and hardware of the ship crane,a crane simulator with vision and hearing as a whole was formed.The main contents of the thesis include:1.Dynamic modeling of ship crane lifting weights.When modeling the lifting weight,first establish a non-inertial coordinate system for the model,and then analyze the absolute movement and relative movement of the hull and the lifting weight.Finally,the dynamics of the lifting weight of the crane are established using the Lagrangian method.2.Model the ropes in the virtual environment.A mass spring system was used to model the rope physics,and then the real-time positional changes of mass points in the mass spring system were elaborated.Finally,each mass point is linked through a curve(a three-dimensional grid of curves)and the curve is mapped.3.Model the dynamic scene and static scene of the ship crane.The layout of the screen is achieved in a certain way,and then the projection technology realizes the screen stitching of the simulator.
