Bridge crane is a kind of lifting equipment which is widely used in machinery manufacturing,transportation and other industries,serving as an important role in the development of modern modernization and economic construction.Acting as the most basic and core mechanism of the overhead bridge crane,the working performance of the hoisting mechanism will have a key impact on the whole bridge crane.Taking the transmission system and the structure system into consideration,can carry out more discussion and research on the cause of the dynamic effects in-depth,which can provide much better theoretical and practical significances on design and research of bridge crane.This paper is carried out from the following points:(1)Describes the development situation of domestic and foreign development of the crane.Emphatically introduce the present situation of the study and research on the dynamic characteristics of hoisting system of crane and find out the advantages and disadvantages of two degree of freedom system,and then introducing the necessity of considering the mechanical characteristics of the transmission and structural system when the dynamic analysis of the hoisting system is carried out.(2)Considering the actual working state and characteristics of the hoisting mechanism,replacing the whole lifting process with three stages of continuous action.Then generalize and analyze the working principle and dynamic performance of the basic structural parts of hoisting system,providing theoretical support for the subsequent simplification and modeling.(3)Build the Four mass four degrees of freedom dynamic model of three stages of the lifting operation baseed on the basic assumptions,then establish corresponding dynamic differential equations and build equivalent mass,equivalent stiffness and equivalent damping mathematical model in the equations.In the first stage of lifting operation,the motor is running in no-load,and the whole lifting system is in static state.So,the analysis process usually starts from the second stage.(4)Transform the second and third stage dynamic differential equation into the form that required by the simulation.Building diagram of solving dynamic differential equation in MATLAB/Simulink software and running simulation after inputing the corresponding parameter values in each module,get the different dynamic parameters of the system.In a word,the developed dynamic modeling,reasearch,simulation which is aimed at bridge crane hoisting system,can not only confirm the correctness of the models established,but also reflects all kings of dynamic characteristics directly of the bridge crane lifting operation,have good reference for related design and research of bridge crane.
