| Marine crane is an important ship offshore crane,in maritime trade booming era,the market demand for the marine crane operator is also growing,at present,the relevant operator training,has been in a more traditional model,science and technology content is low,the training cycle is long,risk large,high cost.Therefore,we have developed a simulation simulator for marine overhead traveling crane with advanced technology content,which can reduce training risk and reduce training cost,and also has great significance for the development of world maritime business.Visual system is an important part of ship mounted crane simulator.It is the key to achieve the final training effect of the simulator.In view of the research and development of the ship mounted crane’s visual system,the following three aspects are done.(1)on the basis of eliminating streamlined,and does not affect the final effect principle,using SolidWorks software to establish a three-dimensional model of the hull and the crane;using texture mapping technology,using 3ds Max software for 3D model is further optimized;the system of external scene using Unity 3D software(water,sky boxes,sun light,camera)to create 3D models,finally build a complete scene system.(2)the use of Unity3D software as a development engine system,make full use of Unity3D software in the rigid body,collision device,hinge joints and other components,combined with the C#language editing script control,building the system began to interface(including the system introduction,operation method and interface switching UI),interface(including UI,scene change perspective UI and UI timing etc.)and end interface,realizes the integrity of the visual system structure.(3)Based on the seakeeping theory on the ship for 5 kinds of mathematical models of 0m/s,6m/s and 8m/s established in the wind and ADAMS virtual prototype technology of crane cab in loading and unloading,suddenly suddenly lufing motion and rotary motion simulation analysis of the data,using the C#language to edit script control,combined with Unity3D software,realizes the motion state of hull and the crane under 5 different working conditions in the simulation;realized a visual switch in the first person and the third person;to achieve visual feedback in the first person perspective in the sudden loading and sudden unloading crane,luffing motion and rotary motion when the cab to observe the external state of motion;the realization of the operation of the control arm between ascending and descending,rotary tower and heavy replacement function through an external device;through the implementation of sound and the text in the form of crane collision alarm function overweight and misoperation;realize the system timer function;finally realized The integrity of the function of the visual system. |
