Study On The Management Of The Construction Green Supply Chain And The Selection Of Its Suppliers

In recent years,the construction market has changed a lot,based on the real estate development to earn dividends is ended.The adjustment of government and the intensification of industry competition make the return level of real estate investment lower,which leads to the decline of profit level of the whole construction industry.At the same time,people’s awareness of environmental protection and construction process of environmental and ecological damage,so that the construction industry is transformed into green and sustainable became impatient.In the face of higher environmental requirements,green supply chain management is an important means to promote the construction industry and environmental friendliness.The implementation of green supply chain management can help the construction industry to integrate external resources effectively,and realize the maximization of economic,environmental and social benefits of construction.Therefore,the green supply chain has become the development trend of China’s construction industry,especially in today’s mass construction period,its implementation is imperative.This paper firstly studies the development of green supply chain and construction supply chain,analyzes the concept of supply chain management,and based on this,gives the concept of green supply chain management and analyzes its characteristics.Secondly,this paper analyzes the structure of green supply chain in construction industry,and constructs the model of green supply chain management,and analyzes the implementation of the model through green design,green purchase,green construction and green recycling.Thirdly,according to the construction green supply chain management model,through the analysis of the whole process of green supply chain management,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the green supply chain of construction industry from three aspects of energy saving,emission reduction and economy,and determines the evaluation index system of green supply chain in construction industry,A green supply chain evaluation model of construction industry based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is put forward,and the green supply chain of a construction industry is evaluated to verify the feasibility of the model in the green Supply chain evaluation of construction industry.Finally,after expounding the importance of green supplier selection,the paper constructs the selection index system of green supply chain supplier based on the characteristics of the constructionindustry,and establishes the comprehensive evaluation method of the green supply chain supplier of the construction industry by combining the Grey Relation and triangular fuzzy number in the foundation of the rough set.The feasibility and effectiveness of the method in the supplier selection of the green supply chain of construction industry are verified by an example.
