As China's economic development has entered a new normal,people's living standards have gradually increased,and the demand for tourism has also increased.Coastal tourism has gradually become one of the favored forms of tourism.However,the rapid development of coastal tourism has also brought about greater environmental protection issues.Among them,the most prominent one is the endless variety of garbage on the beach.This not only pollutes the environment and affects the image,but also limits the further development of the coastal tourism industry.Therefore,improving the disposal level of beach garbage has become the urgent need of coastal tourism environment management.At present,the disposal of beach waste in China is still dominated by large-scale renovations,supplemented by manual collection,and daily cleaning and maintenance are still mainly manual,with low cleaning efficiency and large manual labor.In order to improve this situation,based on the practical requirement of daily maintenance of coastal beach,this paper aims to design a beach cleaning mechanical screening device which is easy to use,clean,and cost-effective.The small loader produced by a domestic company is used as traction vehicle to establish the foundation for the independent research and development of domestic beach cleaning machine.First of all,this paper carries out a more comprehensive mechanical analysis of the beach cleaning mechanical screening device,calculates the movement parameters of the screening device in conjunction with the vibration principle,and optimize the size of the screening device with the best force transmission performance of the screening device as the optimization goal.Designed and calculated the digging resistance and operating power of the screening device.The EDEM simulation software based on discrete element technology was used to simulate the operation process of the screening device,and the three-factor three-level orthogonal combination simulation was designed through the experimental design software Design-Expert to optimize the parameters and obtain the optimal value.The optimum values are the amplitude 40mm,the vibration frequency 7Hz and the sieve angle 14.7 °.Secondly,the strength of the main frame of the screening device was analyzed by the finite element software,and the maximum stress of the main frame was checked to meet the material allowable stress requirements;By compiling the fatigue characteristic curve and load information of the material,the MSC.Fatigue analysis software and the nominal stress method are used to predict the fatigue characteristics of the main frame,and the fatigue life of the main frame is estimated.Then through modal analysis,the modal parameters of the main frame are identified to understand its natural frequency and mode shape,to avoid resonance problems in the main frame,and to provide guidance for the production of subsequent prototypes.Finally,a Xiamen company was commissioned to carry out prototype processing of the beach cleaning machine's screening device,and the XX loader manufactured by the company was used for the conversion.It was used as a source of power supply for the traction vehicle and the hydraulic system of beach cleaning machine's screening device.A four-day field test was conducted on the cleaning performance of the beach cleaning machine at a beach in Xiamen,and the cleaning performance of the beach cleaning machine was comprehensively measured.The actual cleaning width of the designed beach cleaning machine was 1.92m,the average cleaning efficiency was 87.7%,the maximum cleaning speed was 6.48km/h,and the theoretical work efficiency was approximately 12506m2/h.
