With the rapid urbanization in China,the level of science and technology is increasing,and the continuous improvement of the people’s living standard,complex changes are taking place in the construction machinery industry,its development is still in an important period of strategic opportunities.The window cleaning machine,as a modern high-rise building essential maintenance equipment,has been more and more widely recognized and applied.The window cleaning machine is mainly used for cleaning,replacing and decorating the facade glass of the high-rise building.With the deep integration of art and architecture,people’s2 understanding to architecture has changed,and more requirements have been put forward.The complex and changeable exterior structure makes the glass cleaning of buildings more and more difficult,which brings new challenges to the design and manufacture of window cleaning machine.As a permanent structure installed on the roof of building,the structure and hidden way of the window cleaning machine were directly affected by the impact of buildings.The inclined climbing track type window cleaning machine is a new type of window cleaning equipment designed for the continuous multi-angle inclination of the roof of the building.The biggest difference between its equipment and traditional window cleaning machine is its new style and complex structure of the walking chassis,which is the core part of the whole machine of the crawling track type window cleaning machine.In this thesis,the chassis structure of the cleaning window machine is designed for the continuous and multi angle inclined building roof structure as the main line of research.The typical structure of the traditional window cleaning machine was summed up,the characteristics of continuous multi angle inclined roof in engineering practice are analyzed,and a new type inclined rail climbing window cleaning machine structure was presented.The mechanical simulation optimization improves the adaptability of the mechanism to the building.First of all,according to the roof structure of the building,the technical difficulties of the window cleaning machine and the structure design of the walking chassis were discussed,and the scheme to realize the continuous incline of the window cleaning machine through the continuous irregular shape was proposed.Secondly,according to the modern digital design concept and technical route,the window cleaning machine model was established,and the window power system was designed based on the model parameters which met and realized the technical parameters requirements of the window cleaning machine.Due to the working environment of the window cleaning machine was inclined roof,in any case,the window cleaning machine needed to press its four wheel group on the rail on the sloping roof,or the equipment would topple over.In the specific study,considering the various working conditions of the window cleaning machine working on inclined roof,the wheel pressure analysis was carried out for the dangerous accident.Final,for the typical working state of the oblique climbing window cleaning machine,the whole mechanism was simplified and the combined mechanical model was established.The model was imported into ANSYS Workbench for finite element analysis to check if the chassis structure strength and stiffness satisfying the dangerous condition requirements.According to the results of combination analysis,the chassis design of the window cleaning machine was optimized to reach design condition of the wheel pressure value.Based on the study of the above content,an effective method to design the chassis of tilt climbing type window cleaning machine working on inclined roof was proposed,which satisfied the design condition of wheel pressure value and provided a reference for the design of the similar products.
