Research On Space Design Of Commercial Complex On The Ground Attached Garage

The continuous expansion of the city will inevitably lead to a shortage of urban land.The efficient use of land and compound utilization will inevitably become the trend of urban development in the future.As a representative building for the efficient use of land,the commercial complex has attracted a large number of consumers with its comprehensive business model.At the same time,it has also brought huge parking demand.With the continuous improvement of the consumption level,the traditional consumption model can't satisfy the consumer.They have begun to pay more attention to the consumer experience,and modern commercial complexes have also developed in the direction of emphasizing consumer experience.As one of the functions of the commercial complex,parking space in people's minds still stuck underground garage under the impression that "dirty and messy",which is contrary to the direction and development of commercial complex.The ground attached garage,which is closely connected with commercial space and has a good space environment,has emerged.It can improve the consumption environment garage to ease the difficult problem of parking,better adapted to the development direction of the commercial complex.In view of the combination of a commercial complex and an attached garage on the ground,in this paper,first of all,based on the study of the development of the attached commercial garage on the ground,analyzed the impact of the construction of a commercial complex with attached garages on the ground,and compared with the underground garage,Summarizes the reasons for the application of the attached garage on the ground in commercial complexes.The main problems arising from the construction of commercial complexes and the construction of attached garages on the ground are proposed in terms of overall function layout and interface space organization,and it is pointed out that the attached garages on the ground should adapt to the development of commercial complexes in terms of space environment design.Then,with regard to the problem of the overall functional layout and the convergence space organization of the commercial complex ground-mounted garage.A field survey was conducted on the relevant aspects of the ground-mounted garages of some commercial complexes in domestic.And also analyzes the overall functional layout characteristics of the existing commercial complexes with attached garages on the ground and the way of organizing space.There is also the issue of the design of space environment in the attached commercial garage on the ground.Finally,on the basis of the actual case study and analysis,the design principles of the overall functional layout of the built-up garage attached to the commercial complex,the spatial organization of the joint space,and the design of the internal space environment are proposed.Under the guidance of design principles,further targeted design strategies are proposed.It is expected to provide a reference for the design of commercial complexes with attached garage space.
