With the continuous development of social economy, rising income levels of residents, city car retains the quantity is increasing year by year, city road, static traffic also rising, the parking problem gradually highlighted. As the core of the development of regional, city center responsible for the peak traffic volume is huge, the parking problem more severe. At the same time, the planning and development of urban central district has become more and more mature, the internal road network forming, ground parking facilities construction and reconstruction is difficult.Under this background, this paper puts forward the use of the construction of a three-dimensional parking garage to ease the traffic pressure in the city center area. Combined with the research instance discovery, existing construction of attached parking in the design and construction process, on the one hand failed to good and regional traffic environment phase transition, in the parking area, will appear vehicles stranded, and the influence of external urban road traffic state; on the other hand, as a special form of parking facilities, the shape and design of exterior space were not affected by designers enough attention, resulting in the garage area construction space feel more cramped, between the original architectural form and not harmonious phenomenon. How by means of architectural design and urban design, effectively guarantee attached to build parking into the space environment of urban areas, how to effectively complete the handover of the urban road and parking system, through innovative means to reduce consumption of parking time, will become the emphasis of this paper is to study the content. Therefore, this paper will take the city center area as the main research object. According to the different methods of systematic study, the design of the exterior space of the enclosed space parking space is divided into three levels according to the different space range:At the first level, the built-in parking space and the original buildings and their space is considered as a complete system for research, the main research and analysis of the system and the external connection of urban road space. Combined with the measurement of internal traffic, through the analysis of data to complete the calculation of the number of parking lanes, and on the basis of this classification, the connection mode of parking lane and urban road.The second level, mainly study the relationship between the shape of the main body and the urban space and the shape of the surrounding buildings. Combined with the specific case, the classification of the different regions of the model, the main form of the garage and the relationship between the space. In order to study the relationship of the space position between the attached building and the built-in parking garage, the difference of the vehicle access mode is studied.The third level, on the basis of the above research proposed attached to build parking before parking space in the buffer zone concept, through analysis, it is known that, the buffer parking space to buffer parking spaces in the form of design when, in fact, with the higher.
