The Cost Management Of The Whole Process Of Transporting Construction Engineering Project

Total Cost Management is an important Content of transporting engineering Project Management.At present,Total cost management of transporting construction engineering project in our country has some serious the problems such as disjointed cost management in different stages," three super cost" and cost of the project out of control.In addition,the main characteristics of transporting construction engineering project in China are one-time investment,large investment amount,long recovery cycle.It also determines that the cost management of transporting construction engineering project has special characteristics and should be reformed.This paper analyzes the stages of cost management in the whole process of transporting construction engineering project,including investment decision-making phase,design phase,bidding stage,construction stage and final accounts stage.and finds out the key links of controlling cost in each stage and realizes the phase management and the whole process management of cost.The paper takes the 109 line of national road from Yongning to Disan as an example and puts forward the concrete methods and measures of cost management in each stage,expounds the key points of each stage.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to construct a scientific management system for the cost of transporting construction engineering project,This research will significantly reduce the waste and loss of the project and improve the benefit of investment and provide strong theoretical basis for the government construction management department and other related construction units,and also lay a certain foundation for the whole process cost management system of the transporting construction engineering project.
