Research Of Protection And Renewal Strategy Of Resident Historic District

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,the urbanization process in China has been rapidly promoted with the rapid growth of the national economy.Under these circumstances,more attention is paid to the expansion of material space in urban construction.The urban development tends to be modeled.The urban characteristics are exhausted.And the traditional culture is gradually disappearing.A lot of historic districts with valuable historical and cultural values have been suffered serious and even irreversible damaged in the process of urban expansion,renewal and transformation.Among them,the resident historic districts are particularly serious,and even become "shanty towns" in the city.Due to the long-term lack of reasonable protection and renewal,these districts are mostly in the state of multiple declines of material space and socio-economic conditions.The contradiction between development and protection is increasingly prominent,which makes governments and professionals at all levels aware of the importance of protecting historic districts.Since the 1980 s,the protection work has been paid more and more attention,and the practices have also become increasingly plentiful.However,compared with the west,the protection of Chinese historic districts is still in its infancy,and there is no mature protection system.It is particularly important to establish correct protection concepts and strengthen the research on the protection of historic districts in China.Taking residential historic districts as the research object,this paper first analyzes the related concepts and characteristics.Then combing the related theories and practical cases at home and abroad,and reflecting the problems in the protection of historic districts.Finally,Taking Anyang as a case,this article summarizes its existing problems,and proposes relevant strategies for the protection and renewal of Resident historic district in order to achieve the purpose of improving the living environment and continuing the traditional life.The first part is the domestic and international theory and case study,including the first,second and third chapters.On the basis of defining the concept of resident historic districts,the thesis makes a detailed summary of the development history of protection theories of historic districts at home and abroad.The in-depth analysis of the protection and renewal cases of resident historic districts at home and abroad was carried out under the guidance of these theories.The inspiration for protection and renewal of resident historic districts is obtained.The second part is the problem analysis,which corresponds to the fourth chapter.In this chapter,the paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the resident historic districts in Anyang city,and concludes the problems that are commonly found in the protection and renewal of resident historic.With the ubiquitous problems in the update,the causes of the problems are analyzed in depth.The third part is the protection and renewal strategy research,corresponding to the fifth,sixth chapter.This part focuses on the key points of the protection and renewal of resident historic districts--the continuation of the traditional life and the renovation of the residential environment.From these two aspects,taking Anyang as an example,the strategies of protection and renewal of resident historic districts are proposed.
