Research On The Development Plan Of Wansheng Rural Road Network From The Perspective Of New Countryside

With the continuous development of Wansheng economy,the contradiction between supply and demand in its rural road traffic has become increasingly prominent,the traffic demand during the development of Wansheng economy and its new rural construction cannot be met by the current traffic layout and service capacity.From the perspective of the new rural construction,this paper is to research on the development planning of Wansheng rural highway network.First of all,According to the domestic and foreign research results and the development status of Wansheng rural highway,summarize the main problems existing in the development of rural highway in Wansheng under the background of new countryside;identify the concept of rural highway and new countryside,and analyze the action mechanism of rural highway and new countryside construction;Secondly,make predictions about the social economy development of Wansheng by means of Growth Method and Time Series Method.Forecast the traffic demand of Wansheng rural highway in next 15 years by using Category Analysis based on the new countryside construction,economy development and current transportation demand.Conclude whether the traffic demand in the future will be met or not.Thirdly,make a forecast about the rural highway volume of Wansheng based on the Land Coefficient Method and Connectivity Method,determine the required highway network volume for the social economy development and new countryside construction in the future.The final forecast for highway network volume of Wansheng are 1130 kilometers by 2020,1301 kilometers by 2025,1593 kilometers by 2030.Finally,put forward the development countermeasures of Wansheng rural highway network from the perspective of new countryside.Research shows that the underdeveloped rural highway network,imperfect road network structure,low average level of rural highway network technology,lack of maintenance fund,and undeveloped management system are the main problems encountered during the development of rural highway of Wansheng.However,the future volume of road passenger and road freight will show a growing trend,which requires the government to strengthen Wansheng Township,village road construction,optimize rural highway layout,and take the new rural construction as an opportunity to accelerate the pace of rural road construction;promote the sustainable development of rural highway on the principle of environmental protection;improve and perfect the rural road operation mechanism by means of paying attention to both rural highway construction and maintenance;accelerate technological innovation of rural highway by taking scientific planning as the core,thus,to promote the economic development of Wansheng and its construction of new countryside.
