Research Of New Countryside Construction Planning Based On Development Of Rural Tourism

The construction of new Socialist countryside which suggested in the5th sessionof the16th CPC Congress is great historical task. With the aecelerating of theindustrialization and urbanization process,increasing of the income of residents，improving of leave system and constant,city residenis generate strong demand forrecreational vacation tour of naturalness. And in rural areas, the ecologicalenvironment is beautiful, folk culture is rich, just catering to the city residents’requirements to close nature and experience different folk customs.China is a major country in agriculture，which have vast farmer population.Theawareness of farmers to protect the ecological and heritage of local culture is weak,planning and construction of rural areas lag, economic and social develop slowly. Tosolve the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers have always been thefundamental problem of China’s development. In the new countryside planningprocess, to integrate development of agriculture and tourism is the way to formindustrial development which can push each other, utilize resource to rely on eachother, make infrastructure depend on each other. All the interactions mention abovecan optimize the industrial structure of rural economy, increasing farmers’ income, inorder to better play the function of agriculture tourism and cultural heritage.In the background of balancing urban and rural development and in the tide of thenew socialist rural construction， how to connect between rural totirism and thesocialist new rural eonstruetion together， and becoming into an effective way tosettle our rural eeonomic revitalization and the new rural construction is a both theoryvalue,and reality means problem.In this paper, through the study of relevant theory and practice, we will do theoryexplanation about concept of rural tourism, relationship between rural tourism andnew rural construction. Discrimination of the intrinsic link between them and theirinteraction mechanism was also included. We analyses rural problems and influencingfactors from the natural, cultural, economic, and social aspects, and then discusses thenew rural planning strategy on the basis of the development of rural tourisms and itsvarious elements involved in specific planning in detail. Such as: residential buildingplanning; production and storage planning; public facilities planning; traffic andparking planning; infrastructure planning; landscape environment planning and so on.Finally, combined with the project example of DaChong village in GuiYang, it haveimportant guiding significance to the promotion of new socialist countrysideconstruction and the development of rural tourism.
