High-speed railway station is not only an important transportation service window facing the passengers,but also a key joint for transportation organization.The high-speed railway station operation plan plays an important role in ensuring punctual train operation and improving the service quality of high-speed railway passenger transportation,while serving as the intermediate joint between different operational sections.There are some unavoidable disturbance factors in practical services,such as equipment failure and bad weather.Therefore the anti-disturbance ability of the high-speed railway station operation plan is very essential.It directly decides whether the train can be operated as planned under the disturbance.In this paper,the influence of disturbance factors on station operation is analyzed,and high-speed railway station operation plan is optimized with the aim of improving anti-disturbance ability.By evaluating the anti-disturbance ability of high-speed railway station operation plan,the effectiveness of the optimization method is verified and the reference is provided for selecting the station operation plan with strong anti-disturbance ability.The main tasks are shown as follows:First,the basis and process of high-speed railway station operation plan are summarized and analyzed systematically and deeply,and the disturbance factors affecting the operation plan are also classified and discussed,which include the reason,process and result of the disturbance.Based on this,the anti-disturbance ability of high-speed railway station operation plan is defined,and the effective measures to deal with the disturbance are put forward.Second,on the basis of disturbance analysis,the optimization model of high-speed railway station operation plan is established with the aim of improving anti-disturbance ability,in which the train station operation is described by a complete train operation chain.The genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.Third,the comprehensive evaluation system on anti-disturbance ability of high-speed railway station operation plan is established.The anti-disturbance ability of station operation plan is comprehensively evaluated by means of mathematical analysis,fuzzy evaluation and expert investigation.Finally,this paper takes the high-speed field operation plan of Beijing South Railway Station for case analysis by using the optimization model proposed in this paper to optimize the original operation plan.Then the optimized and original operation plans are evaluated and compared by the comprehensive evaluation system on anti-disturbance ability of high-speed railway station operation plan.Which turn out to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm for improving the anti-disturbance ability of high-speed railway station operation plan.
