With the rapid development of China’s high-speed railway network,high-speed railway has become one of the main ways for people to travel.There are a large number of high-speed trains in China,and the operation structure is complex.In order to make full and efficient use of the railway capacity,meet people’s increasing travel needs and improve the operating efficiency of enterprises,how to comprehensively evaluate the quality of the train operation plan and optimize it based on evaluation result has become the primary problem of high-speed rail operation of railway enterprises.In response to this problem,this paper studies the comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation method of train operation plan from the perspective of improving the overall train operation efficiency.On the basis of the evaluation results,an adjustment and optimization model of train operation plan is constructed from the perspective of the least impact on passenger flow and the highest operation efficiency,and an iterative solution algorithm based on greedy algorithm is proposed to maximize the operation efficiency of the train.Firstly,the paper expounds the connotation of train operation efficiency from the two aspects of actual efficiency and potential efficiency.Based on the relevant train data of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway,the characteristics of the train operation plan implementation effect is analyzed from four aspects: economic benefit,transportation efficiency,service effect and passenger flow potential,and the evaluation indicators are proposed to construct the comprehensive evaluation index system of the train operation plan.In view of the large number of indicators in the above-mentioned index system and the high degree of correlation between each other,the paper further makes cluster correlation analysis and principal component importance analysis on the comprehensive evaluation index system,and selects nine indicators with low correlation and can better cover all aspects of evaluation.On this basis,the TOPSIS model is selected,and the subjective and objective weights of TOPSIS model are combined by the analytic hierarchy process and the improved information entropy method,and the calculation method of model closeness is also improved.Finally,based on the above method,the train operation plan of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway is evaluated,and the operation effect of each train is compared,which lays the foundation for the construction of the train adjustment pool.According to the index system proposed in this paper,the effects and adoption conditions of different train adjustment measures are analyzed further.Based on the above evaluation results,the process and method of generating adjustment pool of high-speed train adjustment plan are proposed,and the generation process of measures such as stop plan adjustment,train adjustment and marshalling adjustment is emphatically analyzed,providing input for the subsequent optimization model.Finally,the paper further analyzes the influence of various adjustment measures on passenger flow in detail.And based on the above train operation plan adjustment pool,the optimization model of train adjustment plan based on passenger flow distribution is constructed with the objective of minimizing the remaining passenger flow turnover,and a two-stage iterative optimization algorithm based on greedy principle is proposed.There are two stages of adjustment plan selection and passenger flow distribution.The adjustment plan selection is corrected by feedback according to the passenger flow distribution result,and the final train adjustment plan is obtained.Finally,a case study is carried out with the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway train plan as the object.
