As one of the most promising energy sources for renewable energy,solar energy is one of the most promising sources of renewable energy.It is an important direction for current research to convert solar energy into electric energy control mode and conversion efficiency,maximum power tracking has always been a hot topic in this field.In this paper,the maximum power point tracking control method is studied and the maximum power point tracking controller is designed.Firstly,the principle of maximum power point tracking control is studied,and the traditional algorithm and intelligent algorithm are compared and analyzed.An improved maximum power tracking control strategy of disturbance observation is proposed.On the basis of analyzing the fault diagnosis function of the output voltage scanning of the photovoltaic array,an improved disturbance observation method for the fault diagnosis of the output voltage scanning is proposed on the basis of the open circuit fault,the short circuit fault and the shadow.The normal value is determined to determine the fault state and the choice of maximum power point tracking control.Secondly,the software and hardware of the maximum power point tracking controller are designed.By improving the Boost circuit,tow phase interleaved Boost circuits can effectively reduce output ripple and improve conversion efficiency.Reasonable control of the MOSFET conduction cycle enables the efficient control of tow phase interleaved Boost circuits.The isolated LLC resonant circuit is also used to carry out inverse filtering rectification and high voltage isolation,and its transformer ratio is 1.The software part mainly uses CCS software to compile.Finally,through MATLAB2016 simulation modeling analysis,the validity of the maximum power tracking control strategy proposed in this paper is verified,and the better tracking effect is obtained.The simulation results show that the two phase interleaved parallel Boost circuit can effectively reduce the ripple content,and the photovoltaic array with MPPT control strategy can achieve maximum power tracking.In this paper,TMS320F28035 is used to design the experimental platform of photovoltaic maximum power point tracking control system and the choice of main hardware parameters.
