Energy is closely related to economy. Fossil fuel is dwindling and drying upwith the development of the world economy. And the burning of fossil fuels willcause serious pollution to the environment. Therefore, the usage of energy sourceis facing big challenge. Clean energy solar has been concerned and used byhuman more and more because of the advantages of large radiation widecoverage and high embodied energy. Solar photovoltaic energy is one of theinevitable directions of future development, and has been paid more attention.And solar energy has been widely used in our daily life. Therefore, how toimprove the efficiency of photovoltaic systems reduce power consumption andhow to improve the ratio of solar energy have been very important.Firstly, this article studied the basic principles key technologies of solarphotovoltaic power generation system in depth. Solar photovoltaic systems havebeen designed combined with maximum power point tracking technology and suntracking on this basis. An effective solution has been put forward to solve theproblems that high-energy consumption, poor anti-interference and Largertracking error and other issues of the current tracking system. The light searchingsensor was designed in this paper based on the principle of projection, and thelight intensity perception module was added to test the environmental lightintensity so that the influence of climate could be weaken. System takes discretetracking mode, each unit stands by when the system is idle, thus system powerconsumption could be reduced. The system mechanical structure is horizontal-pitch double degree of freedom, DC motor was applied as the executing agency.System attitude correction is completed through the closed-loop control, andstructure of worm and gear improves the reliability, stability and accuracy of rotation of the system. The tradition algorithm that realization of the maximumpower point tracking has been optimized in this paper, and the differentiationperturbation approach been put forward, so malfunction of disturbanceobservation when light intensity change could be effectively avoid, the shockgenerated near the maximum power point be avoid either. The conversionefficiency of solar photovoltaic cells has been increased maximally.Finally, to simulation experiment was done, and the stability, powerconsumption, tracking accuracy and power generation efficiency of the systemhave been analyzed. The simulation results showed that the method which beendesigned in this article improved significantly than the traditional method.According to the experiments, the photoelectric sensor resolution can reach0.344, the tracking error is less than2.5, and the maximum charging efficiencyimproved44.5%, and the system was stable and reliable.
