| How to improve the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation system is the core of photovoltaic power generation technology.At present,solar position tracking technology and maximum power point tracking technology are the main ways to improve the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation.However,the current research is based on the independent application of these two technologies.In order to fully develop and maximize the use of solar energy resources and improve the output power of solar panels,this thesis studies and designs a photovoltaic power generation system based on Networked maximum power tracking,which integrates solar position tracking and maximum power point tracking.In this thesis,the basic working principle of photovoltaic cells is systematically described,and then its engineering application model and output characteristics are analyzed according to the corresponding mathematical model of photovoltaic cells;Combined with the maximum power point tracking(MPPT)principle,several common MPPT algorithms and their advantages and disadvantages are compared and analyzed.On this basis,a sliding mode control MPPT algorithm based on constant voltage prediction and disturbance observation method is proposed,and the simulation is carried out;finally,a fuzzy PID controller is designed to track the azimuth and altitude of the sun,and its response effect is analyzed through simulation and experiment.Based on STM32F103C8T6,the overall scheme of photovoltaic tracking controller is designed.Finally,this thesis is based on the overall scheme of the photovoltaic tracking controller designed by STM32F103C8T6.The hardware part mainly includes DC / DC conversion circuit,driving circuit,current / voltage sampling circuit,stepping motor control circuit,minimum system of single chip microcomputer,communication circuit,etc;In the software part,the controller program is written to receive the sun position parameters and control instructions of the upper computer,motor control,control algorithm based on constant voltage prediction and disturbance observation method.The performance of the whole system is tested,and the test data and test conclusion are given.The research shows that the photovoltaic tracking system based on the integration of solar position tracking and MPPT can not only automatically control the photovoltaic panels to ensure that the solar panels and sunlight are perpendicular to each other,but also show that MPPT control algorithm has obvious advantages in improving the output efficiency of photovoltaic power generation system,so that the photovoltaic array always maintains a high output power and improves the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation.Finally,the overall architecture of photovoltaic tracking system of distributed control network system is constructed.The software and hardware of operation control layer and field execution layer are designed respectively.The calendar tracking algorithm is adopted,and the tracking algorithm,control and measurement scheme,data communication are realized with C # language in the studio visual development environment.The upper computer software of the system is developed.The software running on the upper computer calculates the sun position control parameters,judges the weather conditions,and sends the parameters to each controller through the network to realize the tracking of the sun position. |
