The vertical mill is large grinding equipment with high efficiency.It congregates these functions such as crushing,drying,grinding and grading conveying functions on one single equipment.It has high production efficiency and grinds granular and powdered raw materials according to requirement.Vertical mill overcomes many defects of ball grinding mill with its unique grinding principle.Especially the vertical mill system that is after technological innovation compared to other mill grinding systems,it has many significant advantages such as small occupation,simple production process,reliable grinding system,convenient operation and good sealing property.These characteristics are especially suitable for large kiln cement production line.With the increasing of research and development in milling machinery technology,the production technology of manufacture vertical mill grinding equipment enterprises is more mature and grinding product superiority is becoming increasingly prominent.The technology greatly reducing consumption of energy and bring good social and economic benefits.In this paper,the structural analysis and optimum design of the structure are carried out by using the basic principle of Structural Analysis and basic method of Finite Element Analysis.Firstly,this paper introduces the main structures and working principles of TK vertical mill equipment.Analyzing and calculating the force of the grinding and pressure system.Establishing 3D model of the vertical pillar by using SOLID WORKS which is the three-dimensional design software.A static analysis is given to vertical pillar by using ABAQUS which is the Finite Element Analysis software.The ABAQUS is used to divide the grid vertical pillar,add constraint and load according to the design conditions.Getting the design meet the requirements of materials depend on static analysis and the deformation nephograms and stress nephograms after post-processing.Getting vibration pattern nephograms and natural frequencies both in unconstraint and constraint state of vertical pillar by structural modal analysis.It is shown the most suitable solution by analysis the variables chosen the vertical pillar plate thickness and dimensions of front and back the manhole.The manufacturing precision of vertical pillar directly is very important.It affects such as installation quality of vertical mill,the smooth motion of grinding roller and the uniform distribution of the load.And then final decide the operation conditions and operation efficiency.It will improve precision and save manufacturing time by effective control of the manufacturing accuracy of the vertical pillar.It is shown will save manufacturing of cost about RMB 41 thousand in manufacturing process of the vertical pillar components for each vertical mill by analysis economic benefit.
