Vertical mill is a large scale equipment of grinding,drying which based on the theory of grinding material,and it has benn the important form in society.Unprecedented attention is payed to in cement field just because of its low expend and strong drying.However,during the working,vertical mill deputy roller joint bolts of flange are easily broken,greatly reduce the efficiency of vertical mill,forever,the analysis and optimization design has a more important influence.This paper combine finite element analysis with theoretical calculation,and it has finished following targets: establishing the simplified mechanical model of the vertical mill deputy roller,also the mechanics analysis is carried out from the parameters,besides,using the ANSYS to obtain the simulation;on the other hand,setting the stress intensity of the joint bolts and the deformation of flange as the evaluation index,this will help to achieve the loading status at the case of structure size,optimization design will be showed following behind.This paper has achieved following results:(1)Taking the MTP-210 vertical mill as research target,this paper focus on the bolt in case of the joint bolts is broken during the pressure of deputy roller,the simplified mechanical model is founded,a single joint bolt model is simplified as well as the mechanic calculation,all of this are based on the VDI 2230 theory,as a result,mechanical status and features of the deputy roller joint bolts are quantified at the static situation,the maximum stress is visible which can be a reference to check the shear,tensile strength of a single joint bolt.(2)In the WORKBENCH,the finite element model is certainly generated,running the program to extract the stress,deformation simulation,comparing the results with theory,which comes to a very good coherence.(3)Taking the bolt von-mises stress and the flange deformation as the charge,the single factor method has been used to discover the variation regular of flange joint bolts which are loaded by static mode;orthogonal experimental design include three factors with four levels is applied to optimize the model,the optimal solution is statistic through appointing the range as target;comparing the optimization with before,the flange joint bolts is feasible,stress intensity,stiffness deformation et al are both reasonable.(4)Putting the nonlinear load method into use,basing on the linear damage theory,the fatigue sensitive features of the flange joint bolts is running at the scope of high cycle fatigue,theresults come to life,safety factor and the damage,the conclusion is fine to tell that the figure analysis is referable.
