Jingxi City Nianbu Tailing Pond Construction Project Schedule Management Research

Progress delay is a common problem for infrastructure construction of tailing pond,especially for large-scale infrastructure construction projects,and where large demands for resources and collaborative management persists.Tailing pond with a complex geological environment have a more serious situation of construction period delay,and the Nianbu tailing pond belongs to this type.In this paper,with the construction project of Nianbu tailing pond as the subject being investigated,descriptions of the general situation and management status of Nianbu tailing pond building project were made firstly.Then,decomposition of the project structure was carried out by using WBS method,followed by which was the formation of project progress schedule via the critical path method(CPM)and the calculation of the time parameter of each work task.After that,in order to control the project progress during the implementation of the construction project of Nianbu tailing pond,the goals,tasks,and contents together with the improved earned value method were put forward based on depth analysis on influence factors and countermeasures of the project progress controlling.In the end,safeguard measures for project progress in the construction of Nianbu tailing pond were proposed too.This paper will provide certain reference and guidance for realizing progress control optimization and project construction efficiency improvement in the implementation of the construction project of Nianbu tailing pond.
