Research On Construction Cost Control Of Zhengzhou X Subway Project

In recent years,the subway construction has been approved in many cities.Recently,there are lots of cities in which the subway engineering is being carried on.However,the huge construction cost is the heavy burden for the construction enterprises.As a manager and an erector,the basic way to reduce the cost of the subway construction is how to control the construction cost efficiently.And it is also the key of taking profit for the enterprise.In this passage,we will have a research on the Zhengzhou X subway construction project.According to the target cost theory,total cost theory and responsibility cost theory,we will analyse the project management system,the construction organization plan,the material and equipment management,and the human resource management,with the way of putting forward the problem,analyzing the problem and solving the problem,applying the earned value method,the value engineering method and the building information model,the economic purchase quantity.In this way,we can control the cost of the project efficiently in the process of cost monitoring,cost analysis and cost control.By adopting a series of cost control measures,the project is turned into profit.This article combines theory with practice,and applies a large number of quantitative methods to quantify the project cost,and real-time monitoring to improve the effectiveness of cost control,is the innovation point of this article.In this paper,a project is studied.Although a certain theory and method are used to achieve the goal of project cost control,cost control is a combination of theory and long-term experience,and further study and summary are needed.This paper has a total of 19 figures,16 tables and 47 references.
