| In the past 30 years,with the further development of the economy and society,the original basic traffic construction has become increasingly unable to meet the increasingly concentrated population.China’s urban rail transit has gradually entered a stage of rapid development.Therefore,in urban subway construction projects,competition among construction units is becoming increasingly fierce,the scientific and rational transformation of the whole process construction management.Therefore,how to rely on scientific management means,taking the cost control of the subway project as the center,improve management level and increase economic benefits,directly affecting the current survival and development of construction enterprises.This paper firstly compares and analyzes the Zhengzhou Metro Project of CRE and the Xiamen Metro Project of CRE,and points out the factors affecting the cost management of the subway project.Secondly,through the establishment of standardization system,cost control system will be strengthened to further enhance the viability and profitability of enterprises in the increasingly fierce market competition.Subsequently,further cost management measures were given for the subway project,including the preferred construction plan etc.Further reduce the cost of subway projects through the use of multiple cost management measures.Finally,through the implementation of various safeguards,we will further ensure the smooth implementation of cost management measures.Through analysis,the following three inspirations are derived: First,standardized institutional construction can reduce risks and reduce costs.The second is to raise the awareness of the cost of all staff,so that the cost consciousness is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,and the employees can take the initiative to ensure the effective implementation of the cost management systems and management measures.Third,the integration of Internet technology,the use of information technology is conducive to improve office efficiency,save time costs,data sharing through Internet technology,so that the various departments of the project department work together to simplify and speed up.I hope that the construction unit will provide some useful ideas and help in the cost management of subway construction projects. |
