Research On Special Process Control Of Building Construction

Construction has the characteristics of continuity,succession and coverage;any process quality problems will affect the construction progress and quality of the whole project,causing great economic losses and social influence.Especially the special process of pile foundation engineering,waterproof and welding,because it cannot be inspected directly,or the inspection cycle is longer,which often has greater quality risk and hidden trouble.In order to control this risk,various attempts and efforts have been made,and some achievements have been made.However,the collapse of buildings,the fracture of Bridges,and the leakage of the ground occur frequently.The reason for this situation is that there is no systematic identification and standardization of the division works and sub-projects,especially the special process.Based on this consideration,this paper tries to apply ISO9001:2015 standard,based on risk management thinking,build a process system analysis platform,and then clear comprehensively identify special process,and with the aid of modern advanced tools such as FMEA,analyze the potential risks and consequences,establish response mechanism,avoid risks,ensure the engineering quality.This paper sets up a special process control platform and carries out the following work.(1)Applied the thought of system theory,with the aid of construction organization design,analysis and identification of all the construction process of construction,establish the basic process of library,to conduct a comprehensive clearly describe all the process and their mutual relations.(2)Based on the analysis and summary of a large number of projects,a basic special process library is established,which lays a foundation for the identification and control of special process.The principle and method of special process determination are put forward.(3)Using single turtle diagram analysis process is put forward,looking for the key technical characteristics and special features,as indicators of risk analysis and process capability evaluation index,provides the quantitative analysis of the construction of the direction.(4)The application of FMEA tools is systematically analyzed to analyze the risks of the special process of building construction and quantify the risk level to determine the priority of the solution.(5)To empirical deduced in this paper,based on FMEA method to establish the special process of quality control in the process of the rationality and effectiveness,and for the construction of the special process control of sequencing,chartered provides a train of thought and the database.
