Application Analysis Of Washing Machine Project Quality Based On DFQ Method

With the severity of the international quality competition, the enterprises continuously realize that the quality is not achieved by manufacture but design; so it is the most effective method to control the product quality from the headwaters of quality. In the recent years, the enterprises of our country in washing machine manufacturing have made a considerable progress in quantity and quality, but the quality requirement of washing machine increased along with the trade standard, the design of new products should adopt scientific method, so this thesis put forward DFQ method and its key quality tools.The main contents in this thesis are DFQ method and its three key quality tools– QFD, FMEA & DOE. The focal points are the principle study of DFQ tools and its application in washing machine developing project.Conclusion: DFQ method can ensure the completion of washing machine developing project with good quality on time, its quality tools are effective means to assurance design quality. It has an important instructional meaning to improve the capacity of the design and development for washing machine trade in our country.
