Aviation industry is the frontier of high-end equipment manufacturing,and requests each link of product machining for high technical and quality requirements.Therefore,how to improve the machining quality of products is a problem that needs to be handled urgently by aviation enterprises.L company is the first aero-engine manufacturing enterprise in China,and the main products are military turbine engine and gas turbine.In order to meet the requirement of 100% factory qualified rate,L company take the improvement of machining quality of products as the primary goal.This thesis selects the turbine of L company as the object of research,and analyzes the machining quality data of turbine.The flatness of reference A surface of rear cover component is below quality,which is the main reason of the processing quality.In view of this problem,this thesis will optimize the processing qualified and the SPC in two aspects.Firstly,for the part of the processing,because the machining parameters lead to the flatness of reference A surface of rear cover component requirements is below quality.Through the design of multi factor orthogonal test,analyzing the primary and secondary sequence of incidence of various factors,the parameter combination of optimum technical process are determined,and it is verified.The machining quality of the flatness of standard A surface of rear cover component of fine car of the working procedure 6 is obviously improved.Because the fixture leads to the flatness of reference A surface of rear cover component requirements is below quality.The special fixture is designed according to the structure characteristics of the rear cover component,the fixture positioning analysis and the determination of the clamping device.And a 3D model of the special fixture is established by UG.The static and dynamic analysis of the fixture proves that the fixture design accords with the technical requirements and it is verified.The machining quality of the flatness of standard A surface of rear cover component of slot milling of the working procedure 8 is obviously improved.Secondly,for the part of the SPC,in order to improve the sensitivity of the processing quality detection of rear cover component and the applicability of SPC.Based on the comparative of I-MR control chart,CUSUM control chart and EWMA control chart,CUSUM control chart are easily calculated and implemented,and has more sensitive recover ability for processing quality detection data.And it can find out the appearance of machining abnormity in time.After the improvement of machining quality and the implementation of the optimum proposal of SPC,it can be seen from the comparison and analysis of the qualified rate of the rear cover component that the qualified rate of rear cover component is improved by 18.83%.The problem that the processing quality is below quality is solved by the improvement of the processing qualified and the SPC in two aspects.At the same time,this thesis analyzes the machining quality problem and puts forward the diagnosis method and the adopted countermeasure.It also can provide reference for the similar manufacturing enterprises.
