| There are some problems in the field of flatness detection in China,such as the lack of unified measurement indicators,the measurement equipment accuracy does not meet the requirements,the flatness calculation method does not have a unified standard,and the measurement traceability process is controversial.In view of the current difficulties in the research of pavement smoothness,this paper studies the pavement smoothness measurement device and its measurement traceability based on the national key research and development projects.The main purpose of the study is to establish the measurement system of pavement evenness evaluation index in China,break the technical barriers,improve the accuracy of index detection,and provide guidance for pavement evaluation and maintenance.On this basis,through standard measurement experiment,the uncertainty analysis and measurement system traceability of flatness measurement device are completed,and the uncertainty report is generated,which lays a foundation for future research in related fields and provides a reference for the selection of related instruments.The research process of this paper is to start with the theoretical model,complete the design and research of the metering device,and advance through the route of standard metering experiment verification.First of all,the development process of the advanced pavement roughness evaluation index at home and abroad is studied in depth,and the measurement and detection scheme with the international roughness index IRI as the evaluation index and the laser sensor as the core is determined;Secondly,according to the detection principle and design scheme,the research,design and processing integration of the pavement roughness measurement device is completed: combined with the previous research experience,the guiding opinions are provided for the instrument selection and parameter performance requirements of the pavement flatness measurement device;based on the traditional acceleration integration algorithm,the low-frequency attenuation algorithm is proposed,which effectively solves the low-frequency attenuation of the acceleration sensor The instability of.Finally,the flatness standard measurement experiment is designed to carry out error analysis,uncertainty analysis and measurement system traceability for the measurement device: the calibration,vibration test and real vehicle detection experiment of each instrument are completed through cooperation with Nanjing Measurement Institute;the uncertainty of the whole device is tested through the standard measurement experiment,and the uncertainty component is simplified through the principle of small error selection Research on the traceability of flatness measurement device,and generate the uncertain index report. |
