As the office buildings have changed with the progress of the times,the super-high-rise office buildings have undergone significant changes.As an important part of building engineering,building electrical influences the functional use of construction projects and the loss of building energy.Therefore,it is very important to study how to determine the electrical design plan of a super high-rise office building.This paper takes the podium building office of the Grand Hotel in Guizhou as the research object,combines the electric design scheme of the super high-rise office building,elaborates the design of the lighting system,the low voltage distribution system and the energy efficiency system of the super high-rise office building,in order to enable the design to use the function.To achieve energy-saving requirements,this article uses a series of more advanced energy-saving equipment and building intelligent control system devices.In this paper,the classification of the load is first used to determine the low-voltage distribution of the super-high-rise office buildings and the power supply of the power supply.Second,the load is calculated,the conductors are selected,and the electrical equipment is selected.Then,the lighting system is designed to select from the light source and the luminaire.Through the quantitative calculation of the contrast and the lighting power density,suitable lighting fixtures and light sources are selected in compliance with the lighting usage specifications.At the same time,in order to make the control more intelligent,I-BUS control system is also adopted.Furthermore,the design of automatic fire alarm and fire linkage control system in energy efficiency system was introduced,and the various modules of the fire control linkage control system were designed.Finally,the feasibility of the project was verified,and the illuminance in the lighting system and the selection of conductors and the selection of electrical equipment in the low voltage distribution system were mainly verified.Through the verification,the power consumption per unit area of the super high-rise office building and the illumination and power density of the office and conference room of the office building are verified.The results show that the power consumption per unit area of the office building,and the illumination of the office and meeting room in the office building And power density meet the requirements.And provide a complete systematic design reference case for the electrical design of a super high-rise office building.
