Research On Fire Fighting And Emergency Strategy Of High-rise Building

The increase in the level of urbanization and the progress of science and technology have led to the continuous expansion of the scale of high-rise residential buildings in China,due to its complex structure and concentration of residents,in case of fire,it is easy to cause huge property damage and heavy casualties.In order to protect the personal and property safety of residents,high priority must be given to the prevention,control and evacuation of people from high-rise residential fires.At the same time,through the collation of relevant literature,it was found that at present,scholars at home and abroad are more research on the fire problem of public buildings,but there is a lack of relevant research on fire in high-rise residential buildings.To this end,this paper focuses on the fire design and safety management of high-rise residential buildings in terms of both automatic fire alarm systems and personnel safety evacuation.According to the basic theoretical concept of fire,mainly from the conditions of fire,the development process,the spread of ways to carry out theoretical analysis,reveal the basic laws of fire development,and through examples to analyze the general characteristics of high-rise residential building fire.On the basis of this,on the one hand,the design of the building fire system and the fire truck receiving platform is studied,so that the four objects of "household-community disaster prevention and management center-119 command center-fire brigade" can be effectively connected to form an efficient fire automatic alarm system channel;on the other hand,for the evacuation of people in the case of fire in high-rise residential buildings,the performance design concept of the evacuation area in the building is proposed in combination with the actual situation,and the feasibility of applying elevator evacuation is studied through the evaluation and analysis of the traditional evacuation form,its limitations and the advantages of the elevator itself.Based on the above research and combined with the general law of fire development,a safety evacuation model applicable to fire personnel in high-rise residential buildings has been established,which gives priority to the use of elevators to evacuate people on the fire floor and adjacent upper and lower floors to safe areas at the beginning of the fire,effectively improving emergency management and evacuation efficiency,reducing casualties,and providing reference for the establishment of a more comprehensive fire emergency rescue linkage mechanism.
