Indoor air pollution has been a hazardous factor to human health for a long time.In recent years more than half of the lands in China are suffering different extents of haze.Air pollution has become increasingly prominent.Dirty air through ventilation and the penetration of windows and doors comes into the room which exacerbates the indoor environmental pollution so that attracting a large number of people start to focus on air purification technology and products.In this paper,through the study of new air purifier standard and making the comparison of the standards between China and developed countries,the specific analysis in the prospects of air purification in China can be achieved.Then,from the study,a new photocatalytic air curtain wall purifying device was designed for the respiratory curtain wall,which is called breathing curtain wall air purifier.The purification device is used to treat the air flowing between the respiratory curtain walls,so as to achieve the purpose of purifying the indoor air,at the same time,on the basis of the energy saving of the breathing curtain wall.The device can effectively apply the TiO2 photocatalytic purification technology to the breathing curtain wall channel,combined with the smokestack effect of the breathing curtain wall to degrade the pollutants in the air passing through the curtain wall channel,and then send the purified fresh air into the room,with making full use of solar energy to achieve Purification and energy saving of the dual purpose.Through building the experimental platform and making the experimental model of photocatalytic breath curtain air purifier,the contrast experiment was designed to test the purification effect of TVOC.The results show that the removal rate of TVOC in the optimal configuration is up to 84%.In order to verify the effect of the photocatalytic air curtain wall for indoor air and TVOC degradation,Airpak was used to simulate the indoor and out door TVOC concentration distribution before and after the installation of the purifier.By comparing the TVOC concentration before and after using the purifier,the simulated purification effect is over 80%,which is closed to the experimental results.The influence of other relevant parameters,such as temperature and comfort level,was simulated by using different schemes,for example,adding radiation roof,fan with synergistic reaction of the purifier can improve the effect of purifier.And the results show that the temperature and air velocity in winter and summer can reach the comfort standard of the human body.In summer,the temperature of the indoor air is higher than 30℃ and the air velocity is up to 0.3m/s when the natural ventilation carried out by the photocatalytic air curtain.The indoor temperature still maintains 30℃,and the air velocity is more than 0.3m/s with the breathing curtain wall air purifier and cold radiation ceiling working together.When the photocatalytic breathing curtain wall air purifier,radiation ceiling and fan work together,the indoor air temperature is below 27℃,the wind speed was less than 0.3m/s.In winter,the indoor temperature can also be higher than 19℃and the indoor air velocity is less than 0.2m/s with the purifier,radiation ceiling and fan working together.Therefore,the room can maintain a comfortable indoor temperature and air velocity,with the breathing curtain wall purifier,radiation ceiling and the fan working together.In this paper,a long-wave high-permeability thin-film technology is adopted to improve the performance of the curtain wall purifier avoiding the problem of the condensation of ordinary radiant roof.By controlling the wind speed of the air inlet of the curtain wall,the purifying effect of the breathing curtain wall purifier is improved,which provides the basis for the optimization design and technical improvement of the air curtain wall purifier.
