| During the operation of the mechanism,inertia force or moment may cause unbalanced forces or moments to the frame or the mechanism itself,bringing adverse effects on the dynamic performance and service life of the mechanism.Different from the traditional passive balancing methods,such as the counterweight method and the additional mechanism method,the active balancing method can adjust the dynamic performance of the mechanism flexibily by introducing additional input.Based on previous study of active balancing and active balancer and the theory of gear dynamics,the dynamic characteristics of active balancer are studied theoretically and experimentally.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,based on the equivalent model of the spring damping of a single pair of gear meshing,the mechanism of vibration excitation is studied for the active balancer.By analyzing the main dynamic excitation factors such as meshing stiffness and error,a translation-torsional coupled vibration analyzing model of active balancer was established using the lumped parameter method.Combined with the dynamic balance equations of each component,the vibration differential equation of the active balancer was established.Secondly,based on the established vibration differential equations,the intrinsic characteristics and vibration modes of the active balancer under the condition of free vibration were studied.Then,the dynamic response of the active balancer was obtained by using the Newmark method to solve the differential equations.Thirdly,the influence of structural parameters such as meshing stiffness,component quality and error on the inherent characteristics and dynamic response of the active balancer was studied by using the method of sensitivity analysis.And the structural improvement scheme of the active balancer was proposed.Fourthly,combining rigid body dynamics with elastic vibration,the influence of time-varying input parameters on the dynamic response of the active balancer was studied.Further,considering the vibration of the active balancer itself,a vibration model of the active balance system was established.Through examples,it is proved that the active balancer can adjust the balanced mechanism flexibily.Finally,experimental studies of the improved scheme were conducted on the active balancer test bench.The experimental scheme was designed and the corresponding experimental research was carried out.The effectiveness of the proposed structure improvement scheme and the flexible adjustment effect of the active balancer on the dynamic performance of the balanced mechanism were verified by experiments. |
