Equipped with combined diesel-fuel power unit,the high performance ship not only has the economy and endurance capability of daily cruise,but also can meet the maneuverability requirements in emergency situations.In the combined power plant,the vibration and noise control level of gear drive system is closely related to its dynamic characteristics.In this paper,the dynamic excitation,inherent mode,steady state response and transient response of the gearbox and the system are analyzed by means of test and simulation respectively for a small experimental bench combined with the helical gear transmission system,and the influence rules of steady state and transient response are compared.According to the national standard,the design parameters of cylindrical involute gear are calculated,an efficient accurate parametric modeling method for involute cylindrical gear is given,and a three-dimensional simulation model of gear system is established.Based on the vibration theory,the influence law of internal dynamic excitation of gear transmission system was analyzed,and the calculated results of dynamic excitation after numerical simulation were superimposed to obtain the comprehensive excitation of gear system.The modal analysis of gear system was carried out by means of finite element simulation and modal test.The pre-processing software was used to grid the system components,and the box modal was solved based on ANSYS simulation method.The first ten order modal calculation results were given,and the test results and simulation results were compared and analyzed in combination with the hammering modal test.Then the impedance curves of the input and output end of the box were obtained by impedance test,and the system constraint stiffness was obtained by integral calculation.The steady and transient vibration responses of the gear system are solved by numerical integration method.The steady state and transient response of the system were analyzed by MATLAB simulation program.The system response tests under steady state and transient conditions are carried out,and the test and simulation results,steady state and transient results are compared.Finally,it is concluded that the steady-state response is related to the actual operating conditions and the transient response is related to the inherent properties of the system.
