In this paper,the dynamic research of the new transmission mechanism of electromagnetic harmonic active tooth transmission system is carried out.The system combines the advantages of harmonic drive and live tooth transmission,with compact structure,small volume,light weight,large transmission ratio and high efficiency.But the system is still in development and needs more technical support to be put into production.At present,scholars have completed the structural design,static analysis,soft wheel magnetic field analysis and fatigue analysis of the system,but the dynamic analysis is less.This paper aims at exploring the dynamics of the system to improve the transmission performance of the system.Vibration problem is a dynamic problem that all mechanical equipment cannot avoid,and natural frequency is the key to study vibration.In this paper,by establishing the dynamic subsystem to build the whole dynamic model of the system,it is concluded that the dynamic equation,and by using matrix iterative perturbation method,change law of natural frequency of the system is obtained.It provides theoretical basis for the structural optimization,dynamic input and vibration reduction and isolation of the system.In this system,the flexible wheel produces deformation under the action of the magnetic field to drive the dynamic output of the live tooth.Therefore,the dynamic analysis of the soft wheel is indispensable.In this paper,based on the theory of thin shell soft wheel dynamic mathematical model is set up,and use the Donner's simplified theory and the combination method of beam function to solve it,then based on the free vibration and forced vibration analysis,it is concluded that the natural frequencies of the soft wheel,the change rule of the natural frequencies with the soft wheel parameters and the regularity of deformation of soft wheel of forced vibration.The living tooth is the intermediate part of the input and output of the system,and participates in the transmission of power and changes the transmission ratio of the system.In this paper,through the establishment of the dimensionless elastic dynamic equations of the movable tooth,it is concluded of the displacement response,the speed response,the acceleration response and the acceleration response spectrum that in cycloid motion law of movable tooth,polynomial motion and the motion law of equal acceleration and equal deceleration.It provides theoretical basis for parameter optimization design of live teeth and optimizing design of flexible wheel motion.Finally,using 3d modeling software Solidworks to model the system and the flexible wheel.Using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,the whole modal analysis of the system is carried out,and the modal analysis,transient dynamic analysis and harmonic response analysis of the soft wheel are finished.Then,the simulation results are compared with the theoretical analysis.
