With the increasingly serious environmental pollution and the continuous reduction of fuel energy,More people begin to pay attention to the development of New energy vehicles.Pure electric vehicles are also important targets for future development.The BEV have more advantages,such as Low noise、High efficiency、No pollution and very suitable for the transportation of urban road.However,due to the limitation of battery energy and the low efficiency of power system,the mileage of vehicles can not be further improved.In this paper,a matching method for the dynamic performance and economic performance of a pure electric vehicle is proposed in this paper,and the simulation and analysis of the vehicle matching system are simulated and testedBased on The Shandong Wuzheng company of" BladeElectric Vehicle of logistics",Design and simulation optimized parameter matching,The parameters of driving motor and power battery are matched and selected,and then the software simulation and analysis are carried out according to the theoretical calculation and matching results of the power system,and the bench and real vehicle verification are carried out after the optimization of the performance.The main purpose of this study is to analyze the demand for more reasonable power matching through simulation,and give full play to the efficiency of the motor,thus improving the design performance of the vehicle.In this paper,the main research content:First,the background and significance of the development of pure electric vehicle are summarized.The development status of the optimization methods of pure electric vehicle and power system at home and abroad is studied in detail,and the principle and key core technology of pure electric vehicle are analyzed.Secondly,through the theoretical calculation of the dynamic system of the target vehicle,the influence of power system on the power and economy of the whole vehicle is mastered,and the selection and matching of the related parameters such as battery,motor and deceleration system are deeply studied,and the results of selection are determined.Finally,the dynamic parameters matching is optimized through simulation analysis,and the vehicle prototype test is verified.Based on the AVL Cruise simulation platform,the simulation model of the electric vehicle system is set up.The dynamic simulation of the vehicle’s overall dynamic performance and the endurance under different conditions is carried out with the MATLAB/Simulink analysis,and the influence of the motor efficiency on the power system is studied.The dynamic matching method proposed in this paper can effectively match the whole vehicle power system.It has the advantages of simple implementation method and high reliability.It meets the requirements of all functions and indexes of the pure electric vehicle system.It has a wide application prospect in the field of power matching of pure electric vehicles.
