Calibration&Match On Electronic Water Pump To Vehicle Internal Combustion Engine

Compared with the traditional mechanical water pump,the vehicle electronic water pump eliminates the structural coupling and parameter decoupling between the pump and the engine.It can match the working condition of diesel engine and the running state of the vehicle accurately to optimize the engine installation space,extend the service life of the engine,energy saving and environmental protection.It is one of the main development directions of the internal combustion engine cooling cycle system,and the research and development of related technology contain important economic and social significance to promote the development of the internal combustion engine industry in china.Aiming at the calibration match problem of electronic water pump,the following work is carried out:(1)The parameter match of the cooling system has been finished to the diesel engine;(2)Based on GT-SUITE software,mathematical model of the cooling system and engine is established,and the correctness of the model is verified;(3)With emission as boundary condition,the power and economy as comprehensive index,the calibration match between electronic water pump and diesel engine is completed.Through the above work,I hope to establish a calibration match process of vehicle internal combustion engine electronic pump.
