With the implementation of the strategy of " going-out " and the fierce competition in domestic engineering market,Chinese engineering enterprises have been making great efforts to expand the international market.However,in the process of expanding the international market,many Chinese engineering enterprises are facing the huge overseas market and complicated international market environment.On one hand their orientation of business model and awareness of various problems in the international market are very lacking,on the other hand,the choice and decision are difficult and blind so that companies often face unclear development strategies,the lack of direction and experience,and the imitation of domestic enterprises,resulting in Chinese enterprises' frustrating in the international market.Based on this,this paper first analyzes the theory basis of the expansion of the international market with Eclectic Theory of International Production and National Competitive Advantage Theory,and studies the environment of the construction company in our country with the PEST analysis.Then it analyzes the main driving factors of construction company B's overseas business development from the era background of "belt and road" and "Xiang enterprises' go-out" action of Hunan province.The summary of its overseas business development status is the outstanding performance and obvious advantages.From market distribution,project business operation mode and project contracting mode,this paper summarizes the orientation of the overseas engineering business model of the enterprise.It probes into the main problems faced by the overseas business development from the external and internal angles of the company.At the same time,it puts forward the overseas business development strategy for the main problems of construction company B.This article synthetically,with the literature method,the interview communication method and the PEST analysis,closely related to the actual situation of construction company B,not only analyzes the environment of construction company B,the motivation of overseas business development,business model positioning,the advantages and disadvantages of overseas business development as well as the major problems encountered in overseas business expansion,but also puts forward some effective expansion strategies optimization measures for the external and internal problems of construction company B.This paper provides a theoretical and practical reference for enterprises in the same industry to formulate relevant strategies,which is conducive to improving the overall competitiveness of China's construction industry.
