Distribution network construction and operation in our country has the following characteristics:lack of distribution network construction, national distribution network frame rather weak, low reliability of distribution network, of which failure is a smaller proportion, planned outage is main. Based on these characteristics, our focus should be on building the telemetry-based integrated distribution automation information system, effort to reduce planned outages, optimize network planning, and tap the potential of existing grid to improve power supply reliability and operation of distribution network management, play distribution automation system for a role in promoting the construction of the grid.In this paper, we treat urban distribution network as the research object, research monitoring of electric energy-data mining automation mode based on GPRS communication network, the master centralized control, to achieve power, current, voltage, power factor and other digital measurements, switch, alarm information regularly reported to the taken control of the master database, the terminal control parameters, upgrade the network issued. Construction site by the terminal equipment, communication network, master data centers, data mining analysis system consisting of integrated data acquisition control platform for electric energy.
