The Future Shanghai Residential Interior Design Under The Influence Of Modular Design

With the development of the society,the national consumption level has increased,the traditional residential interior design and decoration of the growing problem of construction,dependence on people too seriously,the lack of a reasonable system standard,rework,repeat them.Low service efficiency,low profit,high cost.And all of this has been passed on to the consumer,to consumers,the final decoration effect,quality,cost are not guaranteed.The housing industry is in need of a more scientific and reasonable approach to the transformation.The state has made it clear that we must implement the concept of innovative,coordinated,green,open and Shared development,and promote green development and transformation and upgrading of construction and real estate industries.In the context of supply-side reform,the home decoration industry has been exploring how to use the platform and big data to reconstruct the new model of home decoration industry through standardization,modularization and systematization.Improve production and operational efficiency,reduce product and service costs,and improve user experience.Remove inefficient production capacity and inferior capacity,promote the transformation and upgrading of residential interior decoration industry.This paper based on the concept,characteristics and relevant research in the basic design of modular to comb,and from two aspects of national policy direction and industry development trend analysis of residential decoration profession development,also organize the modular design thinking reflected in the different stages of development of the residence.Second contrast analysis of the residential development and changes in the Shanghai area,and the investigation to learn from Japan's housing industry pattern,good and through the project practice to explore the application of modular design in residential interior design,and the modular design which may bring to the Shanghai residential interior design trends.The modular design of residential interior can provide the help for the development of industrial housing,which is conducive to the standardization and systematization construction of interior design and decoration industry.It can effectively solve the contradiction between standardization and customization of residential interior decoration,which has great effect on the realization of marketization and industrialization of residential interior.
