Nowadays,in order to meet housing and commercial needs,a large number of projects under construction abound,due to the complexity of the project site under construction,there will be many risk factors that may cause fire,such as: more flammable and explosive items on site,fire safety management Insufficient,on-site fire-fighting equipment and fire evacuation routes are few,workers' awareness of fire safety is weak,and relevant governments have not introduced effective regulatory measures and legal systems.Therefore,combined with the current status quo,we need to conduct in-depth discussion and research on fire safety assessment methods and systems for projects under construction,which is of great significance in reducing the fire risk of projects under construction.This paper combines the current status of fires in construction projects in China,collects a large number of cases of fires under construction and on-site inspections,tries to put forward more reasonable evaluation systems and assessment methods,and applies them to practical projects to test The feasibility and practicality of the resulting theory.The detailed process of the full-text research work is as follows:Through network news,teaching materials,and consulting with management personnel in related fields,a large number of cases of fire safety accidents at construction sites were collected.Through analysis of each case,projects under construction were concluded,at different stages,at different stages,and at different stages of construction progress.,the fire characteristics of the fire.Combining with the characteristics of the fires summarized,through field inspections,the fire safety measures taken to reduce the risk of fire at different stages were statistically analyzed and analyzed.The impractical fire safety measures are improved.Through the summary analysis of the above measures,an evaluation system is established.Then the hierarchy analysis method and the Delphi method are used to assign weights to the system indicators,and then the risk level is determined according to the evaluation results.The results after the evaluation put forward reasonable opinions and feasible measures for the fire prevention measures of the projects under construction.Any theory can only prove the accuracy and feasibility of the theory if it is actually verified.The obtained evaluation system and evaluation method were put to the actual site to check the feasibility and accuracy of the theory.
