Research On The Evaluation Of The Project Intelligent Construction Level

In recent years,with the rapid development of smart city in China,the management level of construction industry and related technologies continue to improve,making smart construction become the core part of the development of smart city.At present,the research of smart construction is still in the exploratory stage,with the idea of "application-oriented".Practice and theory are not synchronized,and the results are not shared.Some studies have pointed out that the evaluation system of smart construction is one of the research hotspots in this field.Evaluation system is not only to guide the work of industry and enterprise smart construction,but also an important starting point for government agencies to manage smart construction.This paper analyzes the technology,stage and element system of smart construction by combing and summarizing the related research results of smart construction.According to the current level and development stage of smart construction in China,the concept of smart construction is defined in the context of China.Based on this,this paper uses qualitative and quantitative methods to determinethe smart construction index;considering the interdependence and feedback relationship between the indexes,ANP network level analysis method is selected to calculate the index weight,and finally the smart construction evaluation system is constructed.Finally,this paper takes Qingdao Haitian center project as a case,analyzes the Smart construction of the project,and carries out the pre evaluation of smart construction.The research found that:(1)Smart construction evaluation can not only measure the technical means adopted by the project,but also evaluate the intelligent experience of the implementation results;(2)Smart construction evaluation system can fully reflect the benefits of smart behavior,and achieve the goal of improving work efficiency,exceeding the project and saving investment cost.The evaluation results can not only verify the feasibility of the evaluation system,but also judge the current level of intelligent construction in China.
