Nowadays, along with the acceleration of urbanization process, constructionprojects in national energy consumption and resource consumption has risen proportionand the damage to environment is gradually increasing. Especially at the globalwarming and haze serious moment, the implementation of green construction is anecessary requirement for building a harmonious society to meet the needs ofsustainable development.Based on extensive refer to domestic and international green constructionevaluation criterion, this paper presents an innovative evaluation method of greenconstruction evaluation. This is the first application of the theory of system dynamics,select the main construction phase structure as an object of study, based on how muchcarbon dioxide emissions, the microscopic quantitative evaluation of green construction.Furthermore based on the multi-angle of participants, in this paper, the macroquantitative and qualitative evaluation approach to evaluate the degree of satisfaction ofgreen construction projects, pursuant to evaluate the effect of green construction.In this paper, construction of the main structure is divided into steel engineeringsubsystem, transportation engineering subsystem, template engineering subsystem,scaffold engineering subsystem and merchandise concrete engineering subsystem.Using system dynamics simulation software Vensim to build models of carbon dioxideemissions. This paper calculates the carbon dioxide emissions per unit area of the mainstructure of the construction, at the same time the commercial concrete engineeringsubsystem is the main effect system. Steel engineering and template engineeringsubsystem. Therefore, this article has made targeted improvements which is based onthe implementation of green construction, while clears the variability as well as the applicability of the model for different projects. The thesis from the owners,construction units, the surrounding residents, the government departments, these fourdiverse participation main body angle, combining with the actual engineering situationof carbon dioxide emissions, build the entire construction project satisfaction evaluationsystem of green construction. This approach makes up for the deficiency of the onlyfrom the carbon dioxide emission angle evaluation of green construction. Using thetheory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on interval number entropymethod to analyze the entire satisfaction of the green construction process. In a word,from the perspective of participants, put forward constructive suggestions on theimplementation of green construction.Finally, combined with the practical engineering case, the two theoretical methodsused to test its applicability in practice, provided reference for evaluation of greenconstruction.
