A Research On Supplier Evaluation Model Optimization Based On Supply Chain Performance For A Company

Due to the influence of the market environment and various policies in the past two years,the traditional construction industry has gradually formed a market atmosphere of low-profit competitive bidding.Accordingly,the selection of upstream suppliers also has a tendency to pursue the principle of winning the lowest price blindly.The supplier is the beginning of the value chain of the production enterprise.The quality of the supply system directly determines the supply capacity of the enterprise and determines the quality level of the product.A strong construction company needs a series of quality suppliers as a guarantee.The performance of a supplier can largely determine the production capacity of a construction company and the overall performance of the construction supply chain.Therefore,the evaluation and optimization of suppliers is a crucial part of supplier management.As a world leader in Fortune 500 companies and construction industry,A company’s evaluation of suppliers and optimization issues are of great significance to the company’s own supply chain management.It also serves as a reference and reference for suppliers of the entire construction industry.This thesis analyzes the problem of supplier’s evaluation and selection with supplier A as the research object.Through the application of industrial engineering method,the company’s supplier selection evaluation model is re-established based on the status and characteristics of enterprise supply chain.And optimize the supplier management process,to provide companies with better methods of selecting and managing suppliers:Firstly,the domestic and foreign research about supplier selection system,and points out the important significance of the reality choice of A’s suppliers,and on the basis of relevant literature,combined with the specific circumstances of A company,from the supplier’s products QCDS ability,cooperation ability,innovation level and sustainable development ability of the four sector of established A supplier evaluation index system.Secondly,in order to subjective weight assignment of each index to eliminate the supplier evaluation process,relationship based on factual data on fully objective response evaluation index and evaluation results,this paper set up an evaluation model by using AHP method.And use the key link in the supply business in the course of evaluation.Applying the model built in this paper,we can comprehensively evaluate suppliers,confirm the supplier’s value and optimize the supplier selection and evaluation system.In the process of establishing evaluation model,the characteristics of the product and to the actual operation based on the principle of the evaluation module,the similar indicators can be used in different products of different modules,which can be used to guide the actual appraisal work,according to the evaluation for the evaluation team’s modular organization of the products involved,can the evaluation work efficiency greatly,be professional and efficiency.The supplier selection process and preferred evaluation system established in this paper not only has positive significance for the company’s procurement management.It is also hoped that this article will prompt industry peers to consider the selection and management of suppliers.Give inspiration to more decision makers and managers in management applications.
