With the advance of"13th Five-Year"in the planning of energy saving and emission reduction targets,saving energy and reducing consumption is a long-term strategy for China's economic and social development.The circulating cooling system is an essential part of the petrochemical industry,and the power consumption of the pump occupies a large proportion in the whole cooling system,so it is of great significance to effectively reduce the energy consumption of the pump.This paper first based on the current situation of the application of frequency conversion water supply technology and the existing problems,It is pointed out that the speed regulating range of the variable frequency water supply can not be adjusted at will.If the speed ratio of the pump is too low,the efficiency of the pump unit will drop sharply,which leads to the instability of the operating condition.Through the analysis of the shape of the Q-H performance curve and the different specific rotation number of the pump,it is pointed out that the centrifugal pump with medium and high specific rotation number n_s=100-350 is suitable to be used as a speed regulating pump.Secondly,according to the operation condition of transmission and distribution system of water supply often using two or more pumps in parallel inverter,using the least squares method and variable frequency pump similar to the pump characteristic mathematical model principle,and the corresponding single pump and speed control scheme under different characteristics curve of water pumps in parallel process,through the analytic method to analyze the power in different speed control mode of parallel pumps,pump parallel operation of variable frequency control strategy is presented,and verified its energy through practical engineering.Finally,from the perspective of energy service companies,the risk of EPC mode of circulating cooling industrial water saving transformation project,to identify the risk factors,and according to the characteristics of the identification of risk factors and the mode of EPC project risk factors,the establishment of AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,using the model to evaluate the risk of the project.The project risk evaluation,and puts forward the corresponding measures to deal with the risk,to provide theoretical basis for energy service companies to implement risk management in the same EPC project,to promote the development of EPC model in the field of industrial circulating water saving transformation.
