Study On The Selection Of The Contract Models Of TOD Project In District L

With the rapid development of China’s economic construction and the rapid advancement of urbanization,the infrastructure construction industry has ushered in a new golden period of development,especially the urban rail transit industry,which is shifting from large-scale and large quantity to high-quality and high-level development.In this environment,TOD(Transit-Oriented Development)project set off the ideological liberation movement of urban development in the era of rail transit.How to choose the contract model of TOD project will greatly affect the project implementation effect and investment efficiency.In the background of district L’s city withdrawal and transportation development,TOD project is in the starting and rising stage.In order to solve the problem of unsatisfactory implementation effect caused by improper selection of contract model for some TOD projects.This paper completes the research work in the following four aspects:(1)Literature review of TOD project contract model.By means of literature research,the development situation of TOD project and the contract model are analyzed and studied,and related concepts and theories are studied,and the deficiencies of the contract model of TOD project in L district are sorted out.(2)Establish an evaluation index system.Based on literature research and combined with the experts’ advice in L district,the initial evaluation index system of TOD project contract model was established.Meanwhile,the approach of questionnaire survey was used to analyze the questionnaire data,and the optimized final evaluation index system was obtained.(3)Build evaluation model.Ahp is used to describe the weight of every influence factors.And fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory is used to construct an evaluation model for comparison and selection of TOD project contract model in L district.(4)Empirical analysis.Taking a TOD project in L district as an example,the established comparison and selection evaluation model of contract contract model is verified by case study,which finally shows that the comparison and selection evaluation model of contract model in L district is feasible.The research results have reference value for the selection of contract model of TOD project in L district in the future.
